We offer monthly subsidised training opportunities to Thoroughbreds at various stages of their retraining journey, supporting both horses and owners through expert coaching and guidance.
Requirements for Applicants:
To be eligible, coaches must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Level 3 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) with a recognised Equestrian Governing Body
- Be currently registered with your Governing Body
- Hold a Safeguarding Young People and Vulnerable Adults Certificate (face-to-face, dated within the last 3 years)
- Hold a valid First Aid at Work qualification
- Possess an Enhanced DBS Check
- Have appropriate professional insurance coverage
